Abstract
This booklet has twenty-seven recipes , with the ingredients listed and followed by one or two paragraphs . There are no recipe categories . The inside cover has information about La Choy foods . There is a single page of contents , with recipes , in page order . The recipes are followed by a page about LaChoy's new products and a color photograph of eighteen of their products . The front cover shows a Chinese man with a long cue . The inside back cover depicts a black and white aerial view of La Choy's Beatrice Foods factory . The spelling of La Choy or LaChoy in this annotation follows style used in this booklet .
