Abstract
This booklet contains twenty-five recipes with ingredients listed in single paragraphs . Recipe category titles include : Candy and Snacks ; Desserts ; Hors d'Oeuvres ; Main Dishes ; Salads ; Sauces and Gravies ; Soups . Before the recipes , there is a single page about Chinatown feasting and La Choy products . The table of contents lists recipes in food category order . After the recipes , there are six pages about serving ideas , uses for soy sauce , and other new ingredients . Nutrients given for fourteen La Choy products . A black and white picture of the Archbold , Ohio LaChoy division of Beatrice Foods plant . The cover , in red , has a lady wearing a Chinese top and holding a fan . The spelling of La Choy in this annotation follows style used in this booklet .
