Abstract
This booklet has seventy-one recipes written with ingredients listed . Chapter titles are: Simple Stir-fries ; Family Favorites ; Hot and Spicy Specialties ; Super-Easy Entries ; and Side Dishes in a Snap . Before the recipes , there is a title page with a content note and two pages of ingredient information for nineteen foods . Each chapter has an introductory page featuring color photographs . Every recipe includes the nutritional information per serving . A few recipes have a color photograph of the completed dish . After the recipes , there is a ten item quiz by Elyse A. Cohen . Includes a three page , three column cross-referenced index . There are coupons , tips , and other information scattered throughout this Betty Crocker booklet . it is numbered BCE 0064 on the back cover .
