This book has twenty-four recipes with ingredients listed . All of the recipes are about health teas and indicate medicinal uses . Before the recipes , there is an overview of tea , its cultivation , and consumption . After the recipes there is a single page about the husband and wife authors , and another page about their three sons . This is followed by two pages of acknowledgments . Includes a two page , three column cross-referenced index . The book indicates it is by Gala Books Limited .
