This booklet has ninety-two recipes written in a single narrative paragraphs . Recipe category titles are: Bone Stock ; Soups ; Fish Dishes ; Egg Dishes ; Meat Dishes ; Poultry ; Vegetable Dishes ; Rice Dishes ; Noodle Dishes ; Chop Suey Dishes ; and Sweets . This edition is the same as the earlier book of same title and by the same author . Five additional pages discuss fourteen vegetables , twelve grocery items , and the care of food .
