Abstract
This is not a Chinese cookbook , though it is often listed as one . It has thirty-two Chinese recipes with the ingredients listed . This volume indicates it is an enlargement and revision of the American Red Cross Book of Recipes For the Use of Chinese Foodstuffs , 1918 . That book had twenty-four Chinese recipes in its one hundred thirty-eight pages , and was the same size .
