Abstract
This booklet has twenty-six recipes , most with the ingredients listed and written in a single paragraphs . The inside front cover has a table of contents . Before the recipes , there are two pages about menus and six suggested menus . There are many black and white drawings of La Choy products inside , and several paragraphs about their products . There are also a few color photographs of completed dishes . The cover is primarily red and lacks an illustration . La Choy , at this time , was a division of Beatrice Foods . The spelling of La Choy or LaChoy in this annotation follows the style used in this booklet .
