Abstract
This book , in Chinese , English , and Indonesian , has forty-four recipes written in standard style . The recipe categories are titled only in Chinese ; all are desserts . Before the recipes , there is a single page introduction , only in Chinese . Three pages of contents lists recipes in page order in Chinese , English , and Indonesian . After the recipes , each with a color photograph of its completed dish , are recipes in Indonesian . After the recipes , thre are six pages only in Chinese . This is ninth in a series of books by this author , with recipes from her restaurant called Sweet Dynasty . Her English name is Daisy Hong , and she also publishes books using the name Hong Jui Xian .
