Abstract
This book , written mostly in Chinese , has eighteen recipes in English and one hundred one recipes in Chinese with the ingredients noted in a single narrative paragraph . There is an preface in English by Ouyang Shan and a three page discussion about Guangdong culture , dishes , and taste by Wu Yuhang . The recipes are from seven restaurants in Guangdong (Canton) . Most recipes have a few paragraphs about history , culture , and food . There are magnificent photographs of all recipes , restaurants , cold platters , and other items . This is the sixth book in the nine-volume Authentic Chinese Cuisine series .
