Abstract
This book , written mostly in Chinese , has twenty-two recipes in English and one hundred fifteen in Chinese with the ingredients noted a single narrative paragraph . There is preface written in English by Yashushi Inoue . Included is a three page discussion about Guangdong cuisine by Qin Mu . The recipes are from seven restaurants in Guangdong (Canton) ; most have a few paragraphs preceding them about history , culture , and food . There are magnificent photographs of all recipes , restaurants , local dim sum , and others items . This is seventh in the nine volume Authentic Chinese Cuisine series . Chinese There is an index of recipes and photographs in this second volume about Guangdong cuisine .
