Abstract
This book has thirty-nine recipes with ingredients listed . Most of the recipes are Chinese , the rest are Chinese style recipes . Before the recipes , there is a single page introduction ; a two page table of contents lists the recipes in page order . A single page explains and illustrates how to use chopsticks . Two more pages discuss eleven Chinese ingredients , and how to use the cleaver . There is a single page about the Kitchen God and Serving a Chinese Meal . All black and white line drawings in the book are by Barbara Farr . This edition has an orange cover with red lettering .
